A person comes into the store or calls on the phone. You would like to capture their information right then and there including what they were interested in and their contact information and send them precisely the information they requested immediately in the form that they prefer.
You have multiple online and offline locations that your content and resources are siloed across. It might be Youtube, PDF’s, websites, printed materials, digital files, images, emails, phone scripts. You have no easy ability to use segments of that content and package it together intelligently to deliver it to individuals or segments of individuals in exactly the right form that meets their need.
